2019 will see the association celebrate the 50th Australian Championships Anniversary, which will be held in Perth, Western Australia.
International throwers are welcome and will be given free entry to the competitions as well as cheap accommodation options. Throwers from America, Germany, Indonesia and now Mongolia will be attending for the first time.
It will be a 3 day event that will include an individual day, team day, and a fun day with a Boomerang Masterclass, which will include night events.
Former Australian Boomerang World Champion Rob Croll will be donating an original made Bill Onus boomerang for the first 6 places overall.

Team Competition:
Saturday 13th April practise 9.30am and competition starts 10am.
Please bring your own lunch and drinks for the day. The BAA AGM will be held immediately after the team competition.
Individuals Competition:
Sunday 14th April 2019 practise 7.30am and official start is 8.30am and finish 5.30pm. Registration cost per thrower is $20, which includes lunch and BBQ. $10.00 for non throwers attending the BBQ. Drinks and refreshments with Aussie BBQ after the Individual Competition, with trophy presentations from 7pm.
