BOOMERANG COMPETITION RECORDS

All records shown are from official scores at formal competitions, detailed results as to where each record was achieved, other counties individual and teams records and rule books can be found on the IFBA (international Federation or Boomerang Association) website.

Note: Accuracy and Trick Catch/Doubling have had perfect scores made. If the competitor scores a perfect round they continue the event until the perfect run is broken or a drop is made.

In the case of Manuel Schütz’s Trick Catch/Doubling record, for example, he completed five full rounds of 100 points perfectly before making a drop during the sixth round!

The age requirement for Veterans’ status in Australia was 50 years old until 1997, when it was changed to the current 55 years old in line with the membership age limit. Juniors must be less than 16 years old.
